So apparently my dad finally decided on what to do for his retirement finally. His bike trip up to Oregon really reignited his passion to open a pub, and amazingly enough my mom found a possible place here in town. I'd wondered if he was being serious, but he actually sat down with everyone while we were in DC and started working out a menu and everything. More changes, but I think these are going to be positive. Here's to hoping.

Once again, another journal update
Ok, so I said I'd update more, but BLARG.
I started looking for a job in January, and I was being pretty casual about because of home circumstances (my mom in school, me taking over most of the chores, me not having a car, ect.) but I thought I'd be ok. I had one interview but I wasn't a good fit for a job. Long story short, my birthday passed mid-March and I'd only had one other interview (which I though I'd nailed but the whole thing was unprofessional ANYWAYS) so I started scrambling for anything I could find. I finally got an interview at Walmart for a cashier job, and somehow I made it! Right now my schedule is all over the place, b

Ahahaha, sorry for the sudden hiatus, but real life (mostly school) decided to hit hard and things needed my attention. I'm mostly back, but this is going to be a long post, so skip to the bottom if you wish.
Long story short, I was supposed to finish school this summer, but the teacher of one of the classes decided to move his class farther up the schedule, and both classes in an 8-week period was too much, so I had to put off my last class until this semester, and it had to happen on campus which sucked since I can't get to school by car and it's a two-hour PT trip from where I live. Kittycara's New Year's Resolutions 2015
1) Post sketches (even if they suck [which most will] they are still my hard word).
2) Post at least one nuzlocke page every two months (get myself into the habit for a more consistent schedule).
3) Post at least one recipe to the recipe blog every month.
4) Draw a little bit every day.
5) Only one regular soda and/or alcoholic drink per week (exception for parties).
6) Set up a relatively consistent exercise schedule.
7) Write up a budgeting plan and save all documents.
8) Complete three video games and I always keep around but have never actually finished.
First Nuzlocke Livestream - 4/25/14 @ 10 AM PST
God, Holy Week is finally over.
So yeah, I've been trying to get my first BLIND nuzlocke page done, but I've been getting rather distracted. I'm hoping that Livestreaming my work will help me keep on track, so feel free to drop on by (a possibly give some tips, I need all I can get). The livestream will last only 30-45 minutes, assuming I can get my channel to work properly. (I'm having a little bit of trouble.)
EDIT: Okay, I got the video to work, but all I can get is my camera to see me. (I'll try and spare everybody.) How do I put my computer screen on the stream?
